I am a woman who believes in new beginnings, second chances, and the impact that genuine support can have on someone's life. I founded Extending Hands after witnessing the challenges many individuals and families in our community face, struggles with stability, access to resources, and the need for encouragement during difficult times. These experiences inspired me to create a place where people feel seen, valued, and supported.
I am committed to not only helping people move from hardship toward stability but also to helping them discover their own strengths, potential, and sense of purpose along the way. I believe that when individuals have the right support, they can uncover parts of themselves they never realized were there.
Extending Hands reflects my purpose and my dedication to uplifting those who are striving for a better future and rediscovering who they are meant to be.

Once a request is submitted, our team carefully reviews the information provided. While assistance is not guaranteed, every request is handled with respect, discretion, and thoughtful consideration. Our approach centers dignity, clarity, and ethical support.
Types of Support We Offer
Resource Navigation & Guidance
We help individuals and families identify available community resources based on their specific needs. This may include guidance toward food assistance, housing support, healthcare services, employment resources, or family support programs.
Our role is to help individuals understand their options, provide direction on next steps, and assist with navigating where and how to seek help.
Support During Life Transitions
We provide encouragement and guidance for individuals navigating significant life transitions, such as pregnancy, single parenthood, job loss, or rebuilding stability after hardship.
